What is included in a standard cleaning?
A standard cleaning includes kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wipe-downs. We follow a detailed checklist to ensure consistent results every visit.
What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
A standard cleaning covers everyday surfaces and maintenance. A deep cleaning goes further — inside appliances, behind furniture, baseboards, light fixtures, and detailed bathroom scrubbing. Deep cleans are ideal as a first-time service or seasonal reset.
Do you offer Airbnb and short-term rental cleaning?
Yes. We specialize in fast turnovers for Airbnb and short-term rental hosts in Miami. This includes full cleaning, linen changes, restocking essentials, and a final walkthrough to ensure your property is guest-ready.
Scheduling
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2 to 5 business days in advance for standard cleanings. For move-in/out or deep cleans during peak seasons, earlier is better. We accommodate urgent requests when possible.
Can I set up recurring cleaning?
Yes. We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring plans. Recurring clients enjoy consistent scheduling and priority availability.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients provide access instructions or leave a key. You are always welcome to be present, but it is not required.
